To Serve Cold: KEEP FROZEN. DO NOT THAW IN MICROWAVE.  For optimum quality, thaw unopened pouch in the refrigerator (0°C to 4°C) in a single layer for 15-24 hours. Once opened, keep surface of guacamole covered and reseal pouch to prevent browning. Store refrigerated and use within 3 days. Do not refreeze.
