                                A classic niçoise salad, elevated with chargrilled tuna steaks.

                                Ingredients
                                • 10 frozen Topsail Tuna Portions, thawed

                                • 600g baby chat potatoes, halved & roasted

                                • 10 soft boiled eggs

                                • 700g green beans, blanched

                                • 350g mini roma tomatoes, halved

                                • 45g can John West Anchovies in Olive Oil, drained

                                • 350g pitted black olives

                                • Vinaigrette, for dressing

                                Instructions:

                                1. Chargrill Topsail Tuna portions until cooked.

                                2. Arrange salad ingredients on serving plates. Drizzle over dressing.

                                3. Top with tuna steak and serve.
