A Middle Eastern-inspired dish featuring layers of crispy pita, creamy tahini yogurt, and spiced mince, topped with pine nuts and fresh mint for a rich, flavourful experience.
Instructions:
1. Cook lamb mince with Baharat spice following packet directions. Remove from frypan.
2. Add Edgell Chick Peas to same frypan and cook until warmed and slightly crispy.
3. To make yoghurt sauce, add ingredients into a large bowl and whisk to combine.
4. Arrange pitta triangles on serving platter. Top with mince, chick peas, olives and pine nuts. Drizzle with yoghurt sauce. Serve sprinkled with paprika, pickled onions and mint.
