                                A healthier fish and chip alternative with grilled hake and classic Greek salad.

                                Ingredients
                                • 10 frozen Hangana Hake Fillet - Skin On, thawed

                                • Plain flour, seasoned with dried oregano and garlic salt, for dusting

                                • 500g diced cucumber

                                • 450g diced tomato

                                • 200g diced red onion

                                • 250g Kalamata olives

                                • 250g diced yellow capsicum

                                • 300g cubed fetta

                                • Lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil, for dressing

                                Instructions:

                                Step 1

                                Lightly coat Hangana Hake fillets in seasoned flour. Pan fry until skin is crispy and fish is cooked through.

                                Step 2

                                Combine salad ingredients, dress with lemon juice, olive oil and serve with fish.
