                                Yield: 10 Servings

                                Hash Brown Fingers seasoned with cinnamon and sugar topped with warm apples, vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce and toasted pecans.

                                Ingredients:
                                • 60 frozen

                                • 200g sugar

                                • 20g cinnamon

                                • 2.5kg stewed apples

                                • 500ml caramel sauce

                                • 1kg vanilla ice cream

                                • 200g chopped pecans

                                Instructions:

                                1. Cook frozen Edgell Hash Brown Fingers following packet directions. Toss in combined sugar and cinnamon.

                                2. Load hash brown fingers with apples, caramel sauce and ice cream. Sprinkle over pecans.
