Ingredients

  • 1.5kg frozen Edgell®: Corn Ribs

  • 50g chopped red onion

  • 50g chopped tomatoes

  • 50g chopped cucumbers

  • 4g chopped fresh parsley

  • 50g sliced black olives

  • 70g crumbled fetta

Instructions:

1. Deep fry frozen Edgell Corn Ribs following packet directions.

2. Serve topped with remaining ingredients.
