                                Yield: 10 Servings

                                Classic slaw with brown rice, drizzled with a sesame seed dressing and served with Captain's Catch Battered Pollock.

                                Ingredients
                                • 300g finely shredded red cabbage

                                • 300g julienne carrot

                                • 200g julienne spring onion

                                • 400g cooked brown rice

                                • 10g parsley leaves

                                • 150ml roasted sesame seed dressing, for drizzling

                                • 10 frozen 140g Captain’s Catch Crispy Battered MSC Alaskan Pollock

                                Instructions:

                                1. Combine cabbage, carrot, spring onion, rice and parsley leaves. Drizzle with dressing.

                                1. Cook frozen Captain’s Catch Fish following packet directions. Serve with salad.
