Moroccan Spiced Barra Burger

Freshen up your burger menu with this Moroccan barramundi burger paired with herbed yoghurt sauce.

Ingredients

10 frozen Topsail Barramundi Fillets, thawed and trimmed
50g Moroccan seasoning
300g harissa yoghurt sauce
10 brioche burger buns, toasted
150g oakleaf lettuce
100g pickled red onions
150g thinly sliced Lebanese cucumbers
1kg frozen Edgell Chips of choice, for serving

Instructions:

1. Coat one side of each Topsail Barramundi Fillet in Moroccan seasoning. Panfry coated side up until golden. Finish cooking in a commercial fan forced oven at 180°.

2. Spread yoghurt sauce over base of buns and top with remaining burger ingredients.

3. Serve burger with cooked Edgell Chips.
