Blistered tomatoes and pan seared prawns in a tomato based sauce tossed through hot pasta with a hint of chilli.

Ingredients

80g crushed garlic
15g dried chilli flakes
500g cherry tomatoes, halved
500g Leggo's®: Crushed Tomatoes
1kg frozen Topsail Raw Prawns - Tail Off, thawed
15g roughly chopped fresh parsley
1kg spaghetti, cooked following packet directions
80ml lemon juice

Instructions:

1. Sauté garlic, chilli, tomatoes and Leggo's Crushed Tomatoes.

2. Add Topsail Prawns and panfry until cooked.

3. Toss pasta through sauce. Serve drizzled with lemon juice.
