A modern spin on a classic seafood cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 450g chiffonade iceberg lettuce

  • 500g frozen Topsail Cooked Prawns - Tail Off, thawed

  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

  • Lime zest & wedges, for garnish

  • Cocktail dressing, for serving

Instructions:

1. Fill small cocktail glasses with lettuce. Top with Topsail Prawns.

2. Season with pepper, garnish with mint and lime. Serve with cocktail dressing.
