Ingredients

450g chiffonade iceberg lettuce
500g frozen Topsail Cooked Prawns - Tail Off, thawed
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Lime zest & wedges, for garnish
Cocktail dressing, for serving

Instructions:

1. Fill small cocktail glasses with lettuce. Top with Topsail Prawns.

2. Season with pepper, garnish with mint and lime. Serve with cocktail dressing.
