Crispy and tender squid rolls served with fresh and spicy Asian slaw.

Ingredients
  • 1kg frozen Topsail Squid Rolls, thawed

  • Seasoned flour, for coating

  • 400g finely shredded wombok

  • 200g julienned carrot

  • 100g finely sliced red onion

  • 40g fresh coriander leaves

  • 40g fresh Vietnamese mint leaves

  • Vietnamese dressing, for drizzling

Instructions:

1. Lightly toss Topsail Squid Rolls through flour and deep fry until cooked and golden.

2. Combine salad ingredients and fresh herbs. Arrange squid rolls over salad and drizzle with dressing.
