Crisp iceberg lettuce filled with noodles, fresh herbs, I&J Salt and Cracked Black Pepper Squid, garnished with sesame seeds and nuoc cham.

Ingredients
  • 700g frozen I&J®: Salt and Cracked Black Pepper Squid

  • 10 iceberg lettuce cups

  • 250g cooked rice vermicelli noodles

  • 10g fresh mint

  • 15g fresh coriander

  • 15g combined toasted sesame and black sesame seeds

  • 100ml nuoc cham

Instructions:

1. Cook I&J Squid following packet directions.

2. Fill lettuce cups with noodles, herbs and cooked squid.

3. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds and nuoc cham.
