Fish 'N Chips

Tender and golden flash-fried cod fillets served with sporty Simplot® Traditional™ Fútbol Goalz™, a refreshing red cabbage slaw and sweet chili mayo.

Mayonnaise		1 cup
Sweet chili sauce		1/4 cup
Cod fillets, battered, 3-4 oz. each		16 each
Simplot Traditional Potatoes: Fútbol Goalz™	3 lbs.
Red cabbage slaw, prepared	1 lb.
Lemon wedges		8 each

Step 1

In a small bowl combine mayonnaise and sweet chili sauce. Portion into 2 oz. cups. Cover and refrigerate until needed.

Step 2

Prepare Fútbol Goalz™ and battered fish fillets according to package instructions.

Step 5

For each serving; place 2 fish filets, 6 oz. Fútbol Goalz™, 2 oz. slaw and 2 oz. sweet chili mayo in serving container. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
