French Fry Salad

Crispy, salty temptation meets crunchy greens.

Simplot Conquest® Delivery+®: Clear Coated Straight Cut Fries	1 kg
Salt		as needed
Pepper		as needed
Olive oil		2 Tbsp.
Balsamic vinegar		3 Tbsp.
Dijon mustard		1 Tbsp.
Frisée, finely chopped		1 bunch
Shallot, minced		1/2 stalk
Chives, chopped	40 grams
Goat cheese, crumbled		as needed

Preparation Instructions:

Step 1

Prepare fries according to package instructions. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl combine olive oil, vinegar, and mustard.

Step 3

Toss together fries, frisée, shallots, and chives in a larger bowl. Drizzle the dressing on top, then finish off with goat cheese. Serve immediately and enjoy!
