Avocado Pina Colada

Tropical blend of refreshing classic pina colada with creamy avocado.

Ingredient	Weight	Measure
Simplot Harvest Fresh Avocados: Avocado Pulp, Frozen	60 grams
Pineapple chunks	100 grams
Coconut shake powder	50 grams
Sugar syrup		2 Tbsp.
Ice cubes		1/2 cup
Coconut flakes		as garnish

Step 1

Place avocado pulp, pineapple chunks, coconut shake powder and sugar syrup in a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 2

Serve over ice, garnish with coconut flakes. It is ready to serve.
