Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw Simplot Harvest Fresh Avocados: Avocado Pulp according to package instructions. Set aside.
Step 2
In a food processor or blender, blitz avocado and orange juice. Add cocoa powder and honey. Blend until the mixture is smooth. Taste and adjust with honey if needed.
Step 3
To assemble, scoop the mousse into glasses or ramekins. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Garnish with orange zest and serve. Enjoy!
