Teriyaki Chicken Lattice Fries
Sweet, savoury goodness of teriyaki sauce paired with Simplot Lattice Fries.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Spread lattice fries on a parchment paper-lined sheet pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
Step 3
While fries are baking, combine cooked chicken and teriyaki sauce. Stir well to coat chicken.
Step 4
Remove lattice fries from oven and top with cheese followed by shredded chicken. Return to oven for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and lattice fries are crisp.
Step 5
Transfer fries to serving dish and top with cabbage, cilantro, green onion and picked jalapeño.
