Pizza Lattice Fries

One of the easiest, quickest, and tastiest snacks you’ll ever make.

Ingredient	Weight	Measure
Simplot Skincredibles Potatoes: Lattice Cut Fries, Skin On	1 kg
Pizza or marinara sauce	112 grams
Mozzarella cheese, shredded	140 grams
Pepperoni, sliced		12 slices
Parsley, fresh, chopped		2 tsp.
Chili flakes		as needed

Step 1

Preheat oven.

Step 2

Prepare fries according to package instructions. Set aside in a tin foil or a lined baking tray.

Step 3

Spread pizza sauce evenly on the fries. Do not overdo it to avoid soggy fries.

Step 4

Sprinkle cheese then finally arrange pepperoni on top. Feel free to add chopped jalapeño peppers or olives, too!

Step 5

Bake fries in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Step 6

Sprinkle parsley and some chili pepper flakes. Serve immediately and enjoy!
