Steamer
- 6 minutes
- 100°C
- Place frozen carrots in a single layer onto a perforated tray and steam for 6 minutes or until tender.
Stove Top
- 1½ minutes
- 100°C
- Add 200g of frozen carrots to boiling water and return to boil. Simmer for 1½ minutes or until tender.
Microwave
- 3½ minutes
- High
- Place 200g of frozen carrots into a microwave-safe dish, cover, and microwave on high for 3½ minutes.
