- Place frozen Brussels Sprouts in a single layer onto a perforated tray and steam for 9 minutes or until tender.
Stove Top
- 5 minutes
- 100°C
- Add 200g of frozen Brussels Sprouts to boiling water and return to boil. Simmer for 5 minutes or until tender.
Microwave
- 3 minutes
- High
- Place 200g of frozen Brussels Sprouts into a microwave safe dish, cover, and microwave on high for 3 minutes.
