Spice up catering options with butter chicken, mango chutney and mini hash brown triangles in slider buns.
Instructions:
1. Cut chicken into 50g chunks.
2. Sauté Edgell Onion and brown off chicken.
3. Add butter chicken sauce, simmer to cook chicken.
4. Cook frozen Edgell Hash Brown Triangles and frozen Edgell Chips following packet directions.
5. Spread mango chutney on slider. Top with lettuce, butter chicken and hash brown. Serve with chips.
