Cheeseburger Loaded Nachos

1. Sauté ½ frozen Edgell Onion. Add beef burgers, garlic, Mexican seasoning and cook for 5-6 minutes. Set aside.

2. Stir in Leggo's Tomato Paste and deglaze with stock.

3. Spread tortilla chips in a large gastronorm or individual ovenproof serving dishes. Spoon over burger mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until melted.

4. Serve topped with lettuce, remaining onion, gherkins, tomatoes and jalapenos. Drizzle with burger sauce.
