A classic bolognese crafted for consistent high-volume service, with a rich comforting flavour.
Instructions:
Sauté frozen Edgell Onion, carrot, celery and garlic until softened. Add Edgell beef mince Mince and cook, stirring to break up lumps.
Reduce heat and stir in Leggo’s Sauce, cook until sauce thickens slightly. Season to taste.
Serve over pasta, with parmesan and basil leaves.
