A classic burger filled with all the Aussie favourites.

Ingredients:

  • 10 beef burgers

  • 10 toasted damper buns

  • 250g tomato relish

  • 100g gem lettuce leaves

  • 300g sliced tomato

  • 10 grilled pineapple slices

  • 400g drained Edgell®: Sliced Beetroot

  • 10 sunny side up eggs

Instructions:

  1. Cook burgers following packet directions.

  2. Assemble bun bases with relish, lettuce, tomato, plant based burgers, pineapple, Edgell Beetroot and eggs. Top with bun lids and serve.
