No Aussie burger is complete without Edgell Beetroot slices!

Ingredients

  • 10 beef burger patties

  • 10 flour dusted damper hamburger buns, toasted

  • 100g butter lettuce leaves

  • 10 20g tasty cheese slices

  • 500g tomato slices

  • 500g caramelised onions

  • 400g drained Edgell®: Sliced Beetroot

  • 10 eggs, cooked, sunny side up

  • 100ml tomato sauce, optional

Instructions:

1. Cook burger patties.

2. Assemble bun bases with lettuce, burgers, cheese, tomato, caramelised onion, Edgell Beetroot, egg and sauce (optional). Replace burger bun lids. Serve immediately.
