Ingredients

1kg frozen I&J®: Coconut Crumbed Prawns
350g sliced cucumber
350g peach slices, charred
200g sliced red capsicum
100g chopped cos lettuce
100g rocket
240g drained Edgell®: Black Beans
Thai red curry dressing

Instructions:

1. Cook frozen I&J Prawns following packet directions.

2. Combine remaining salad ingredients. Top with prawns and drizzle with dressing.
