A fresh salad of wombok, carrot and snow peas served with I&J Hoki Fillets.
Instructions:
1. Cook frozen I&J Fish following packet directions.
2. Toss wombok, carrot, spring onions, snow peas and coriander leaves. Combine sweet chilli sauce, lime juice and zest and toss through slaw. Serve with hoki.
