Ingredients:

• 1kg packet frozen Edgell®: Cauliflower Rice

• 100g finely diced red onion

• 100g finely diced red capsicum

• 100g finely diced, deseeded cucumber

• 150g sliced semi dried tomatoes

• 200g sliced mixed olives

• 10g each chopped fresh parsley and oregano

• 200g diced fetta

• 250ml Italian dressing
