Satay smothered chicken on top of hot Edgell chips - is this the ultimate festival food?
Instructions:
1. Cook chicken until fully cooked and shred.
2. Warm satay sauce.
3. Cook Edgell Chips following packet directions.
4. Top chips with shredded chicken and satay sauce. Sprinkle with coriander, peanuts and chilli. Serve with Asian coleslaw and lime wedges.
