Steamed Hake with Parsley Cheese Sauce

Steamed hake and vegetables topped with a creamy parsley cheese sauce for a flavourful, comforting dish.

Ingredients:

  • 10 x frozen Topsail Hake Steaks, thawed

  • 1kg frozen Edgell Vegetable mix of choice Edgell®: Melange® Vegetable Mix

  • 1.5kg baby chats, steamed and tossed in parsley butter

  • 1L cheese sauce

  • 30g chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

1. Steam Topsail Hake Steaks following packet directions.

2. Steam vegetables. Heat cheese sauce, stir through parsley.

3. Serve fish with vegetables and parsley sauce.
