    Preparation

    FOOD SAFETY STATEMENT: COOK FROM FROZEN. THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED BEFORE CONSUMPTION. Steamer: 100°C, 5 minutes, Place frozen vegetables in a single layer onto a perforated tray and steam for 5 minutes or until tender.

    Add 200g of frozen vegetables to boiling water and return to boil. Simmer for 4 minutes or until tender.
