Steamer
- 4 minutes
- 100°C
- Place frozen beans in a single layer onto a perforated tray and steam for 4 minutes or until tender.
Stove Top
- 1½ minutes
- 100°C
- Add 200g of frozen beans to boiling water and return to boil. Simmer for 1½ minutes or until tender.
Microwave
- 3½ minutes
- High
- Place 200g of frozen beans into a microwave safe dish, cover, and microwave on high for 3½ minutes.
