Green Clericot

Blend the Avocado Pulp with the white wine and simple syrup. Pour the mixture from earlier into the bottom of a jug. Add the fruit cubes, Eureka lemon slices and mint leaves. Add as much ice as needed. Top up with the lemon soda.
