Simplot Harvest Fresh Avocados: Chunky Avocado Pulp, Frozen	200 grams
Red tomatoes, cut into small, diced cubes	50 grams
Serrano chili pepper, finely chopped	20 grams
Onion, finely chopped	40 grams
Lemon juice		to taste
Salt		to taste

Preparation Instructions:

Mix the regular Simplot Avocado Pulp with the Chunky Avocado Pulp and the rest of the ingredients. Season with lemon juice and salt. Set aside.
