At Simplot Australia for 18 years, David transitioned from Development Chef to Business Development Manager, where he excelled in strategic leadership, managing teams, budgets, and driving cost efficiencies. His role as a brand ambassador allowed him to leverage his culinary prowess in fostering relationships with major accounts, Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs), and leading grocery chains, enhancing brand representation and promotion.
