A healthier version for fish and chips on the menu.

Ingredients

  • 20 frozen flathead fillets, thawed

  • Polenta, for coating

  • 1kg frozen Edgell®: 7mm Shoestring Chips, cooked following packet directions

  • Garden salad and aioli, for serving

Instructions:

1. Lightly coat fish fillets in seasoned polenta and panfry until golden and cooked.

2. Serve flathead with Edgell Chips, garden salad and aioli.
