Tacos for chip lovers! Tortillas with avocado, toasted pepitas, tomato salsa and sweet potato chips.

Ingredients

  • 10 small flour tortillas, warmed or charred

  • 454g tub Edgell®: Chunky Avocado Pulp, thawed

  • 200g mixed lettuce mix

  • 1.5kg frozen sweet potato chips, cooked following packet directions

  • 30g toasted pepita seeds

  • 300g chunky tomato salsa

  • Lime wedges and coriander, for serving

Instructions:

1. Spread tortillas with Edgell Avocado and top with remaining ingredients.

2. Serve with lime wedges and coriander.
