This colorful—and tasty—veggie wrap features Harvest Fresh™ Avocados Western Guacamole, white beans and red cabbage.

Whole wheat wrap, 10-inch		8 count
Simplot Harvest Fresh® Avocados: Western Guacamole, Frozen	1 lb.
White beans, canned, drained, lightly mashed	12 oz.
Carrots, shredded	4 oz.
Red cabbage, shredded	8 oz.
Cheddar cheese, shredded	4 oz.
Cilantro, fresh, whole leaves		16 Tbsp.

Preparation Instructions:

Layer 2 oz. guacamole, 1 1/2 oz. white beans, 1/2 oz. carrots, 1 oz. cabbage, 1/2 oz. cheese and 2 Tbsp. cilantro leaves onto each whole wheat wrap. Fold in ends and roll into a burrito. Cut in half on the bias and serve.
