Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese Loaded Footballz™

Creamy, spicy, cheesy, crispy and delicious—this combo has all the makings of a perfect game-day meal.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. Keep warm.
Step 2
Heat butter and flour in a medium saucepan to create a roux. Slowly whisk in milk and gently heat until thick and smooth.
Step 3
Over low heat, gradually stir in shredded cheese to create a smooth sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
For the topping, melt butter in a pan. Add breadcrumbs and toss to coat. Brown breadcrumbs, stirring frequently to prevent burning. Add Parmesan and set aside.
Step 5
Prepare Footballz™ according to package instructions.
Step 6
In a large bowl, gently combine warm pasta and cheese sauce. Portion into 4 dishes for service. Garnish each serving with 1/4 cup breadcrumb mixture.
Step 7
Serve Footballz™ with mac & cheese, buffalo chicken, a side of ranch and buffalo sauce and celery sticks.
