Choco Colada

Ingredient	Weight	Measure
Simplot Harvest Fresh® Avocados: Avocado Pulp, Frozen	4 oz.
Ice, cubed		2 cup
Coconut milk, canned	8 fl. oz.
Pineapple juice	4 fl. oz.
Pineapple, chunks, drained, canned	4 oz.
Cocoa powder		2 1/2 Tbsp.
Coconut, shredded		5 Tbsp.

Step 1

Thaw avocado according to package instructions.

Step 2

Combine ice, coconut milk, avocado pulp, pineapple juice, chunks and cocoa powder in blender.

Step 3

Blend until smooth and pour into 5 glasses. Garnish each with 1 Tbsp. coconut.
