Preparation Instructions:
For each portion; prepare 8 oz. fries according to package instructions. Place in a serving container. Top with 2 oz. sliced gyro meat, 1/2 oz. tomatoes, 1/2 oz. red onion and 2 oz. tzatziki sauce. Garnish with 1/2 tsp. oregano and a lemon wedge.
