Build a hearty bowl with roasted potatoes, fajita chicken, corn and melty cheese—you're sure to get a smile with every bite.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw chicken and corn overnight in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Preheat convection oven to 375°F.
Step 3
Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a pan sprayed with pan release. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes until crisp and edges begin to brown.
Step 4
Prepare chicken fajita meat according to manufacturer's instructions.
Step 5
Place corn in perforated steam table pan and steam for five minutes.
Step 6
To serve, build each bowl with a #8 disher (1/2 cup) Baby Bakers™, #16 disher (1/4 cup) of corn, 3.4 oz. of fajita chicken, .5 oz. of cheese, and #30 disher (2 Tbsp.) of salsa verde or optional ranch dressing.
