This tasty mixture has a little color, a whole lot of flavor, and packs a punchy jalapeño kick! And it does double duty as a dip or spread for wraps and sandwiches.

Bacon, thick cut, cooked crisp, diced	12 oz.
Jalapeño, fresh, seeds and veins removed, finely diced	1.3 oz.
Green onion, finely sliced	1 oz.
Bacon renderings, fat	.8 oz.

Preparation Instructions:

Place cream cheese, bacon, jalapeños, green onion and bacon fat in a mixing bowl. Mix using wire whisk to combine until light and airy, then gently fold frozen raspberry crumbles into mixture until well incorporated. Store in an airtight container.
