Rockfish Ceviche with Mango Habanero Chips

A bright, coastal-inspired ceviche with tropical flair and a spicy crunch.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado and mango according to package instructions.
Step 2
Marinate fish in lime juice for 30–45 minutes until opaque. Drain slightly and mix with red onion, jalapeño and cilantro, then season to taste
Step 3
Prepare fries according to package instructions. Toss with seasoning immediately after cooking.
Step 4
Place ceviche in serving dish and serve with a side of seasoned fries.
