Smoked Salmon Everything Bagel Gougère

Gougère pastry puffs, prepared	1.5 oz.
Smoked salmon, sliced	4 oz.
Caviar	1 oz.

Assemble pastry puffs by slicing off the top of the pastry. Fill with 1 Tbsp. avocado spread and top with a small slice of smoked salmon. Garnish with caviar.
