Sparkling Rosemary Berry Sangria

Ingredient	Weight	Measure
Rosemary sprigs, fresh		4 each
Agave nectar or honey		1 Tbsp.
Sugar, granulated	2 oz.
Sparkling white wine, chilled		1 750 ml. bottle
Simplot Simple Goodness™: Pacific Berry Blend	16 oz.

Preparation Instructions:

Brush each sprig of rosemary with agave or honey and dip into sugar until well coated. Place onto parchment paper-lined tray until sugar dries. Combine one bottle of sparkling wine with Simplot Simple Goodness Fruit™ Pacific Berry Blend and rest 10 minutes. Pour into glasses and finish each with a sprig of sugared rosemary.
