Sweet Spicy Corn Fritters

The name says it all...except that these delectable little bites are habit-forming. Be ready to make a lot of these!
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Combine the hush puppy mix, spicy corn blend and cheese in a large mixing bowl. Add 14-16 fl. oz. of cold water and mix until well blended. Allow to rest for 10 minutes.
Step 2
For each serving; scoop batter with a 1 to 1 1/2 oz. oval scoop into a preheated fryer. Fry for approximately 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and center is cooked. Note: batter can be held covered and refrigerated for up to 8 hours.
