Steamer
- 8 minutes
- 100°C
- Place frozen vegetables in a single layer onto a perforated tray and steam for 8 minutes or until tender.
Stove Top
- 4 minutes
- 100°C
- Add 200g of frozen vegetables to boiling water and return to boil. Simmer for 4 minutes or until tender.
Microwave
- 4 minutes
- High
- Place 200g of frozen vegetables into a microwave-safe dish, cover, and microwave on high for 4 minutes.
