    Serves 10, Yield 1.5kg, water 1.2kg, potato 300g, 150g per serve. Note: You can prepare any desired consistency by simply adding extra hot water or additional dry potato mix.

    ELECTRIC MIXER : 1. Place boiling water in mixing bowl. 2. Gradually add product while blending at low speed until liquid is absorbed. 3. Scrape down mixing bowl. Mix at high speed for 1-3 minutes.
