If you love avocado, these burgers are for you!

Ingredients:

  • 10 beef burgers

  • 10 toasted multigrain brioche buns

  • 454g tub frozen Edgell®: Chunky Avocado Pulp, thawed following packet directions

  • 550g sliced tomato

  • 100g sliced red onion

  • 100g green coral lettuce leaves

Instructions:

  1. Cook beef Burgers following packet directions.

  2. Assemble bun bases with Edgell Avocado, tomato, cooked burgers, onion and lettuce. Top with bun lids and serve.
